North to Alaska for $238 round trip on Delta

Bored with winter temperatures in the 80s? This airfare to Anchorage might be just the ticket: For $238, including all taxes and fees, you can fly round trip from LAX on Delta to a place where the warmest temperature recorded in January this year was 45 degrees, according to Weather.com.

The fare, subject to availability, is good for travel through May 20; there is no minimum stay. Holiday blackouts apply and fares may be high in March and early April. Tickets must be purchased at least 14 days in advance.
